He has received multiple accolades, including recognition at Cannes Lions Innovation and the Techstars program. As an accredited mentor with Techstars, Kemdi’s insights are instrumental in guiding NAJ Pacific Football Agency UK.

With over two decades of experience in property/infrastructure development and facilities management, Engineer Tijani leads NAJ Pacific’s real estate development projects. His career includes significant contributions at Cappa and D’Alberto, one of Nigeria’s leading construction companies. Notably, he spearheaded the development of the prestigious Osapa London street in Lekki, Lagos. Abdul’s expertise in real estate ensures that NAJ Pacific’s projects are executed with precision and quality.

Andrew Esene is a seasoned professional in investment research and corporate finance. He began his career at Equitorial Trust Bank (now part of Sterling Bank Plc) and later joined Strand Capital as a Research Analyst. At Futureview Financial Services Limited, Andrew served as Head of Investment Research and Head of Corporate Finance. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Abuja and is a candidate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). Andrew’s skills in Equity & Company Valuation, Financial Modelling, and Investment Research, combined with his experience in advanced Excel and discounted cash flow techniques, are critical to NAJ Pacific’s investment strategies.

Seun Adewumi brings a wealth of experience in Human Resource Management to NAJ Pacific. A graduate of the University of Lagos with a B.Sc. in English, Seun also holds a Distinction in M.Sc. Human Resources Management (International Development) from the University of Manchester, UK. With over 2 decades of experience across diverse industries, including Education, Telecommunications, Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and ICT, Seun excels in Talent Sourcing and Personnel Development. Her strategic insights and expertise make her an invaluable asset to the NAJ Pacific team.

Niyi John Adewumi is the visionary founder and CEO of NAJ Pacific. With over 2 decades of experience in the Nigerian financial market, he deeply understands investment strategies and market dynamics. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and an M.Sc. in Investment Management from Coventry University, UK. Niyi’s credentials include a full IMC certificate from the UK, and he is a FIFA licensed Football Agent. His leadership and expertise in overseeing various projects have driven NAJ Pacific’s success.
